How to Request Warranty Service
If your product has an issue within the warranty period, please contact us at hello@cozyselects.com with your order number, product photos or video, and a detailed description of the issue. Our customer service team will reach out to you with further instructions.
Repair & Replacement
During the warranty period, if our technical team confirms a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide repair or replacement services free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one of the same model.
